The National Network of Testbeds is a structured, nationwide, open network of specialized workplaces focused on specific areas of Construction 4.0.
It was established to support and implement advanced technologies in construction, such as robotics, digitalization, and automation, with an emphasis on sustainability and innovation.

Stavební Gramotnost - Přednáška Takhle se mění svět a workshop Člověk a město
Vzdělávací program o stavebnictví vznikl z iniciativy NCS 4.0 a je financován stavebními firmami, které tak převzaly aktivní roli v podpoře technického vzdělávání a popularizaci stavebnictví směrem k veřejnosti. Key Areas of Collaboration Across Testbeds:
3D Printing and Robotics: Development of technologies for 3D concrete printing, development of printing materials, printing robots and heads, and automation of construction processes.
Digitalization and BIM: Implementation of BIM, digitalization of construction documentation, 3D scanning and creation of digital models, development and use of digital twins.
Virtual and Augmented Reality (VR/AR): Use of VR and AR for simulations, preparation of virtual prototypes, and optimization of construction processes.
Materials Research: Development of new construction materials and composites, materials with autonomously controlled heating, and research in the field of the circular economy.
Energy Systems and Sustainability: Research and development in carbon-free technologies, energy simulation and optimization, smart monitoring, and the use of IoT.
Facility Management: Automation and optimization of building maintenance and operations, indoor environmental quality monitoring, safety, and energy management.
